MUFA- The wonder fat

The need for different kinds of diet plans in even more today than ever before because today people have no time nor the inclination to consider the kind of food they consume or to take care know the kind of food they should be eating to be healthy and fit. Obesity is a problem that troubles people right from the teenage years and by the time they are in their forties or fifties, they end up with health problems like diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol and heart ailments. The flat belly diet basically takes its inspiration from the Mediterranean diet which is considered to be healthy and nutritious.
